David had the day off of work today, so we thought we would try some new things in San Diego. We started out at Belmont Park in Mission Beach where we rode the Big Dipper roller coaster, and the kids had fun on the tilt-a-whirl. Then we drove to the pier in Ocean Beach and walked out to watch the surfers. In the afternoon we visited the remodeled Mormon Battalion Visitors Center and then walked around Old Town. We finished our day by exploring the Presidio on the hill behind Old Town. It was a fantastic day!
